We loved everything. Location is perfect. Staff are amazing. They went out of their way to go that extra mile for us. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely return.

Everything, after the let down and having to fork out double the amount to stay elsewhere due to Club Tropicals filthy hygiene standards, we got no refund from them at all, 3 nights wasted, but, Mantra Aqueous to the rescue, you guys made our stay amazing, 100% compared to the others, so clean and so helpfull and so polite, thanks guys.

We had a swim out room which was fabulous, the room was clean & spacious with everything we needed. We ate out but could easily have prepared meals in our room, the poolside BBQ was also clean & accessible & the staff friendly & helpful.

Great location, quiet yet close to everything within walking distance. Lovely and relaxed and liked that the families including children appeared to have a separate pool and accommodation area. (Could have been chance, im unsure!). Only thing that let us down was that there was no oven which I would assume was a given seen as we were in an apartment. Bought a pizza and chips that we could not cook :( Will return but not "pay extra" for a sofa bed that was already in the room anyhow! Particularly as we were still only 2 guests and just wanted separate beds
