Transfers are available to and from Cairns Airport. These are charged AU$60.50 per adult, AU$30.50 per child 11yrs and under. A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking. Please note that the hotel will process the full accommodation charge onto your nominated credit card 24 hours prior to arrival. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings made on a declined credit card. All non-refundable, pre-paid rates will be charged upon booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. We stayed with our three young kids and had a great time. The kitchenette was really well appointed which made it actually useful. There was a large electric frying pan as well as an electric burner, a four slice toaster and cooking utensils, which makes a big difference when travelling with kids as we were able to cook a few proper meals during our stay. The pool is heated to a lovely temperature which is a real treat in Queensland! Most of the places we have stayed before have pools that are unheated and absolutely arctic, even when the outside temperature is warm, so it was fantastic to be able to use this pool. The kids stayed in it for literally hours because it was so lovely and warm. The owners were really friendly and approachable and they have done a good job to make the property a welcoming, enjoyable place to stay. They provide beach and reef towels free of charge, which is helpful when doing so much swimming and there was also an ice machine, which was a nice touch. We will definitely stay again and would recommend others to do the same. Thanks for having us.

The room and facilities were spotless, rooms very dark from the tree's, but this is probably appreciated more in the summer months to stop the sun beaming in

The best thing about this property are the hosts! Aidan was awesome, so helpful can’t thank him enough. Room was really spacious and comfortable. Location wise - easy walk into the main town or could catch a shuttle.

Easy to access, quick check in and check out, kind staff. Accommodated our request to use the sofa bed with linen ready on arrival.
