The place is quiet and the view is so nice, Upon check-in, the reception was so nice to give us early check-in, and the process was so fast and easy,friendly staff and helpful. The room is big with the large bed and so comfortable. The room service is excellent. Fast respond for what ever you need.The food was so good and I like the teh tarik so much.The check- out process take not even a minute to settle ,so easy.for all , from the front security to the reception,room,facilities, enviroment,room service, house keeping, I give a big 5 star to this hotel.

Location was good! The property needs massive renovation. Every thing at the property was crying for repair or renovation or maintenance. BBQ place missing lights. I had to use my mobile torch. Chinese restaurant ripped us apart. Low quality food, waitress served us huge food despite our asking if the food is enough, she said you can order more if needed. We were total 4 pax including 2 kids. Regret on waste of so much food.

It was our third time here and we love the hotel because of the pool and the accessible private beach. The pool is big with many areas for children to play with slides. The beach is clean and well-maintained. The room is spacious and clean. I also love the children playroom with mini arcade there.

No complaints about the room,All was as expected. Pool atmosphere was good too and clean . Breakfast variety was good, Food was tasty. Staff was friendly and courteous .

I liked the staff, excellent. The cichinos staff lacks of food order understanding, food was late but taste ok. Average. The lift was extremely poor. Sometimes, it does not function. I had to take stairs upto 5th floor. The lift was poorly maintained. The other facilities were great. Thanks for your service.

We very much like the environment of the Resort, we felt like in a big natural park with a lot of plants around and the sea at a few metres. The ground around the resort is well maintained. We liked particularly the pool. Breakfast was good and the personnel at the Chinoise restaurant was commendable. A special mention to the housekeeper Jamil who looked after our room.
