The apartment owner, Mr. Rosli, and his daughter, Ms. Atiqah, were both very helpful and friendly. According to locals, Cocobay is one of the safest condominiums, with strict security measures that make incidents of theft or robbery rare. The location is also convenient, as it is within walking distance of Purnama Beach, an ostrich farm, the Benns chocolate tour, and the Yatch Seafood Restaurant.

Quite close to beach, though not really at beachfront. House well managed and almost fully complete. Maybe can supply refillable bodywash/shampoo. Ample parking space, swimming pool well maintained and open for long hours.
