We arrived in the early hours of the morning, around 2am, and were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. It was such a lovely touch after a long journey, especially arriving so late. Throughout our stay, the staff were generally friendly and approachable, with the exception of the rooftop bar, where the service didn’t quite match the same standard. I absolutely loved the location of Port de Sóller. I’ve always felt that waking up to a beautiful view can completely elevate a trip. Having a balcony to enjoy that little slice of scenery each day was a real bonus for me, it added something special and it helped justify the price. Breakfast was lovely, with a good selection each morning. The rooftop bar is stunning. Although we felt the service was a missed opportunity, I’d still recommend going up around sunset and ordering a drink just for the view. You get a breathtaking 360 degree view of the town, it truly adds a magical feeling to your stay. The beach was just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which was ideal. I was a little worried it might be too crowded in July, but it never felt overly busy. In fact, it was beautifully quiet until around 9 or 10am, perfect for peaceful morning strolls. The area is full of great restaurants. The bus stop was only about an 8 minute walk away, and from there it was just a quick 10 minute ride into town, super convenient.

The proximity to the beach was excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasant The breakfasts were very good

Perfect location in Port De Soller, right on the beach and close to restaurants and bars , buffet breakfast food & drinks were great and good value . hotel rooms were a good size and very clean. staff were friendly and helpful.
