The location of this hotel is wonderfully situated jcentrally along the port with plenty of restaurants and bars just across from you. It is a 10 minute drive to Soller Old Town which I'd highly recommend, and the hotel is situated 5 min walk from the old fashioned tram which also takes you there and iI'd also definitely recommend. The weather wasn't great so I can't vouch for the amenities such as the pool and loungers but it was all round a pleasant stay. The breakfast was actually really good, with so much variety and even catering to different diets including Gluten Free! We had a very welcoming and pleasant experience with Gregory on the front desk, who tried his hardest and managed to sort a far better room out for us after some initial disappointment with what we were shown to. He really went the extra mile and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do in the area and was very attentive. Unfortunately another member of staff was quite hostile when we eventually did get to check into the new room which was rather unpleasant, she seemed very dissatisfied that we'd been swapped over and was particularly unhelpful when trying to check into the new room. In fairness though, she did correct her behaviour after we told her she was making us feel unwelcome.

Lovely staff, couldn't be more helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. Room was basic enough. But beds very comfortable and staff cleaned it every morning. Location is amazing, right on the seafront.
