As soon as I arrived the nicest man checked me in, I was cycling with a group but staying by myself. The room was lovely but it’s advertised as having a hot tub. Very disappointed to find out there is no hot tub, one of the reason I booked. The beds are all like hospital beds on wheels and squeaky, the man on reception showed me they are all the same but really they are almost like sofa beds creaking and they move about, I thought for €1400 for 5 nights it would be better. The breakfast was ok, I had a look at the dinner as it was half board but it wasn’t for me so I went out to eat every night. The pool did look nice as did the gym. Location is good but I think I’d have to go back to the hotel pollentia next time as I do go to Mallorca cycling quite often. Just wasn’t quite worth the price.

We spend 8 days and wished we had of been longer but hotel was completely booked, from start to finish all aspects were excellent, especially the staff and the food, will definitely go back next year

Breakfast and dinner was very good with plenty of choice. The staff are exceptional being very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite contemporary and very clean.
