The hotel was clean, the gym and Spa were great, the staff were friendly and the location of the hotel is great. The food offering was generally ok but there's room for improvement, especially when compared to similar 4* hotels in the area. Breakfast had some great parts (e.g. fresh omelettes and pancakes).

Cleanliness, staff, the only thing is the breakfast layout is do badly designed, so by the time you get your breakfast, youe coffee is cold and so is your eggs on toast, so even though we paid for breakfast, we went elsewhere to have breakadt where everything arrives hot
