Apartment Hotel Overview

Hotel Ivory Playa Sports & Spa is 50 metres from the beach in Alcúdia Bay, close to the S’Albufera Nature Reserve. There is an outdoor swimming pool and a free Wi-Fi area.

Reception staff were excellent. Facilities were excellent. Beside the beach. Good restaurants locally. This was our third visit. Great family hotel.

Friendly staff especially restaurant staff, event staff, receptionist. Convenient place, near sea, shop and restaurant. Clean room with beautiful view( pool , stage, sea) Thank you for great stay.

recently stayed at this hotel, and although a small issue occurred during my stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. Francisco handled the situation with complete professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. He not only processed the refund quickly but also went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest. His approach turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one.
