Very friendly and helpful staff and manager - we were a large group, and they did loads to help us the whole time we stayed, including opening up early, allowing us to store a large volume of bags for a day after our stay and letting us use shared spaces. They also gave us lots of useful advice. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the place is perfectly situated. Thanks!

Bathroom was decent size, everything worked fine. Towels provided. Great location and cleaning service. Easy and quick check in and check out. Overall pretty decent for a short stay if you are out most of the day.

The bed was comfortable and clean. There were no extra taxes to pay on arrival. The new Spanish regulation of taking extra information on arrival was ignored!

Great location, very helpful staff, nice for a short stay. Single room is rather small, there are only two of them in the hotel (1st and 2nd floor). Close to the sea and the promenade.

Perfect location just 3 minutes by walk from the Alcudia beach. Close to the shops and restaurants. I was traveling solo and came to the room just for shower and sleep, but it has everything you need for a short time stay. Perfect cleaning service every day! The room even had a little balcony, AC/heating. Good shower pressure and hot water. You can’t ask for more for such value of money. Location, cleanliness, price - just perfect. I’d choose the Hostal Diana again when visiting Mallorca again for such short time!

The location is amazing, very close to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, stores and pharmary, also the most important, beach and port. All facilities are within 5-minute walk distance which is super convenient. The reception staff are all nice and friendly and the room comes some basic stuffs.
