There was plenty of parking available when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. Check in was very straightforward and all staff we came into contact with were polite and courteous. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. We liked that there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed (as sometimes there's only one on one side) The bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. Everywhere in the room and hotel communal spaces were cleaned to a very high standard. There were hot and cold choices for breakfast, as well as the usual coffee and juices. The breakfast items were constantly being monitored and restocked when required. There wasn't an on-site restaurant, but there were fast-food options a short walk away, as well as restaurants, including a Cracker Barrel next door. We would stay here again.

Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist. She even organised us fresh coffee when we happened to ask it at our arrival. And gave us room upgrade because the reserved room was not ready yet. Good connection to highways. Clean and quiet room.
