We recently stayed one night at the Port Arthur Motor Inn along Safety Cove Road. This is a basic, no frills motel with simple but sufficient rooms next to the Port Arthur Historic Site. There is parking, a bar and a restaurant on the premise. Our room was spacious enough, bed fairly comfortable, shower worked fine, as did the telly. Room included kettle, coffee & tea sachets, fridge, small table. Heating, lighting all worked just fine. Wifi didn't work at all during our stay. On the whole, would be fine to stay here for one night again in the future specifically taking advantage of its close proximity to the Port Arthur Historic Site. However, might look elsewhere if seeking multiple day stays in the area.

Location was excellent tight in the grounds of the Port Arthur Historical site. Once you have your ticket you can enter the site from the Motel. It was awesome. Grey meals and nice little bar as well. It was a great stay.

Location to Port Arthur Historical Area. Clean tidy and comfortable. Better than expected. Booked for dinner was really delicious and reasonably priced.

Fantastic location with view over the historic site, however you still have to drive to the site for your tour. The rooms are functional, however very basic with cracks in the wall and doors that are hard to close. Very reasonable pricing reflects the quality.
