Flagstone Motel is a simple but spotlessly clean accommodation in Port Angeles, ideal for visits to Olympic National Park and Peninsular, as well as for catching the ferry over to Vancouver Island in Canada - the car ferry is in fact walkable from the motel if you want to go over as a foot passenger, and there are private parking lots where you can leave your car. You can also walk to a number of bars and restaurants from the motel so we found it to be a fantastic location. We were surprised how early everything closes in town (we visited in September) but found a sports bar called Bourbon West to be open until midnight. Flagstone prices are affordable so it offers a very good price quality ratio. The staff and manager work hard to make your stay enjoyable.

The hotel is strategically located on the main road in Port Angeles, close to the Ferry terminal (I chose it specifically for this). the room was small, but it was fine for a couple of nights: equipped with shower, coffee machine, microwave and small fridge. Parking is available on site.
