We spent two nights at this small hostel. We had the whole common area for ourselves as it was a weekday during low season. The host is very friendly and quick to check with us if everything was fine. The room was comfortable and everything was clean. The wifi works really well and it has a cozy reading/tv room. The location was good to move around with the car. Easy, large and free parking facilities on-site. Kitchen utensils were enough and in good working condition.

Great location in older part of town and walking distance to areas where tourism is being encouraged. There are areas to avoid due to rampant homelessness and low income dwellings. A very good brewpub with rooftop patio is just around the corner.
