The resort fee is a compulsory Club Card which includes access to the wellness centre, Fun Pool for children and kids club activities.Check-in takes place at Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort, in Viale Privato San Marco 1, a few steps away.Please note that some rooms have a kitchenette and it is available at additional cost of 90 euros.Please note, only dogs are allowed at the property, on request and at extra charge. Dogs are not allowed at the restaurants.

Fabulous resort for young families. Parco San Marco is a luxury stay for families and the staff go above expectation for your stay. From the moment we arrived we were looked after, the operations manager Roberto being especially welcoming showing magic tricks to the children as we checked in. The resort has kids club and pools with waterslides for the kids and a bonus treat was unlimited ice cream for the children from 12 to 5pm each day! They know that if kids are happy the parents are happy! Spacious rooms with air conditioning and a beautiful view of lake Lugano. Breakfast each morning was included in the stay and it was amazing. I had never seen the variety and quality food on offer for a breakfast buffet in my life! The kids were even looking forward to breakfast each morning. Overall a fantastic stay.
