The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and comfy it's in a great location, easy access to food bars and cafe. The Woolworth wasn't far the Hotel

Everything, it was great, sorry late check in and early check out and didn't encounter any staff but Everything was great easy and enjoyed our stay

We arrived after hours got key card to our room unfortunately it didn't work, so ended up ringing staff manager. Explained to him what had happened. He was there in jiffy help us,Gave us another key card.Even came up to our room to make sure this card was worked,. Which it did . He was very pleasent about it all.😁 Cleaning staff were great and also very pleasent and cherry plus also very helpful. Beautiful sunset from our room last night that we were there. .10 out of 10.
