Great location and apartment is really close to everything you need (beach, tourist train to city center, restaurants, store, bakery...). Lorena was a great host and very polite.

I wanted to start my summer with a beach trip to Poreč, Croatia, and I was very lucky to stay at the Spade Resident. The location is very practical, within walking distance to the center of Poreč and a quiet, clean beach. Plus, the apartment was very nice and clean, equipped with everything you need and more. I liked the interior design, which has a nice modern look, and it is quiet at night. The apartment manager was also very helpful and available for any questions. I truly recommend staying here.

A very nice, clean and well equipped apartment. Close to the main beaches and not so far from downtown. Good parking space and very good supermarkets in the area.
