I stayed at this property with my family, 6 Adults, 2 Children and 2 dogs. We were looking for a spacious property with good working facilities and in an area that we could all relax in and this property defiantly ticked all these boxes. Firstly the location is great, don’t be put off by the timber yard next door, there were no noises, smells or anything that disturbed our stay at all, the road is quiet and the property is easily accessed via the modern electric gates. The garden is secure with good fencing and bushes all around, we let our sneaky little dog off, and he was fine. There is a wooden garage out side that fitted our cars in, while is didn’t rain while we were there, it would have been handy to protect the cars when they were open when packing and unloading, it did however keep the cars cool in the sun. The property is a period farm house, so has some lovely character, everything has been refurbished to a high standard with clear thought going into people staying. The rooms were well presented and there are plenty of toilets and bathrooms in each room or close by. the kitchen living space is upstairs and offers a perfect social environment for the family, meaning those who are cooking can still be involved with the rest of the family. The kitchen facilities were all new and well kept. There is a hot tub outside, which was lovely to use in the evening while looking out the garden. This is a fantastic property and would defiantly stay here again. The staff and Ashley were lovely, so helpful and accommodating. There was a hiccup with the dates, Ashley swiftly let me know and sorted this out for me with a solution.

The house was very well equipped, spacious and having 4 bathrooms was a bonus, albeit a couple were on the cosy side. The large open kitchen / dining area / lounge upstairs was great for family living and well equipped for kids (eg. stair gate, high chair and travel cot provided). Outside was a bigger than expected garden with a wonderful outside seating / dining area. There's also a shower to use before relaxing in the hot tub and a WC. Good weather meant the kids could run around to their hearts content in the safe, enclosed garden and they enjoyed saying hello to the horses in the next field when they were nearby. The house is in a quiet rural location, but only a couple minutes away from the main Newport to Yarmouth road and a large Sainsbury's is just 10 minutes away.

Great location. Very quiet. Great garden. Lots of secure space. Each room, except one has an en-suite. And there’s a separate shower room. This worked well for us. Great parking inside electric gates. Upstairs was ‘Wow’ every window has a superb greenery view and the sunset is insane and requires no filter. All beds were comfy, lots of spare pillows. The home is well resourced too. Sofa is comfy. The table and chairs accommodates 8, without a squash. Great size fridge/freezer which is helpful with families. Without a doubt, we will definitely be staying again.

Very comfortable stay with lots to do on the Isle and which was located no more than an hour away from anywhere. The rooms were all very well decorated and spotless when we arrived. The hot tub was a lovely touch which some of us took advantage of during our stay. The peace and tranquility made us enjoy our time together even more. Any questions were swiftly answered by the Owner.
