Huge private pool, safe for dives, surrounded by secular trees, forming areas of shade in the afternoon. Equipped with a selection of inflatables, it’s perfect for relaxing. Strategic location for visiting Orvieto, Civita, Bolsena lake, places of great natural and historic beauty. Hosts are very welcoming: at our arrival we found sun screen, large towels, inflatables, salt, pepper, coffee, cold water, sugar, jam. It was great not having to start the holiday with a trip to the grocery store. Kitchen is comfortable for cooking, or preparing breakfast. Overall this place is both kids friendly and adults friendly.

Exceptional villa & grounds, clean well equipped & comfortable. Enormous pool which was cleaned every day. Beautiful quiet setting & location but close to excellent restaurants. Family run very friendly & helpful, every facility offered BBQ toy box /inflatables for pool, & super comfortable sun beds parasol tables.

Beautiful setting. The pool is very well maintained and huge! The garden is a complete sanctuary, very peaceful. You can just relax by the pool and be surrounded by the sounds of nature. Wonderful!! The location is well positioned for exploring. We especially enjoyed Orvieto and Pitigliano. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, answering any queries immediately. Highly recommended!
