There were six non-related adults in our group and all agreed that the venue was modern, very clean and tidy, comfortable and well laid out. The host left clear instructions and updates and the presence of tea, coffee etc. on arrival was appreciated as we forgot to bring our own. Overall we had a great experience using the venue and if visiting again would consider using again.

Its a house so we made our own The location though backing off a road was near supermarkets (walking) and the property was very comfortable. Loved the paintings and the modern style
