For a one night stay in Poole, just to take the ferry the next day, it fulfilled the needs. But if your looking for more than a roadside motel/inn, then you should look elsewhere.

Good location for the Port , friendly staff. Very helpful after we had left and id dropped my mobile phone in the car park. Recovered it quickly and put it in a taxi to the port as we were already on board when I realised.
