Staff in the office and the concierge were friendly and obliging. Location was excellent for us with plenty of good restaurants and an easy walk into Poole. My husband uses a mobility scooter which we were able to bring in to the apartment, which was a great help, and lifts made our stay at Reflections easy.. We had a view of the seafront and a small balcony. The apartment was well-appointed and immaculately clean, thanks to Babs.

The apartment is clean spacious and well appointed. Can be easy to get lost but we soon got the hang of it. Good secure parking. Second time staying. Tesco Express downstairs.
