I loved the location and we could see a bit of the harbour. Tescos express downstairs was a bonus. Secure parking. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Easy access to all the Dorset attractions. A lovely clean apartment and very comfortable.

Good location and stunning views out over the harbour, which always had something going on. It's perfect to have a couples holiday. Even better it has a free car space that comes with it and the accommodation is only a bridge and a lift from the car park. Having the washing machine is great so you can keep up with washing as you go and not loads when you get home. They kindly left a complimentary bottle of wine, snacks, hot drinks, etc, and toiletries, which were a welcoming touch. We have already booked to come back again.

The apartment was very comfortable and there was everything we could possibly need for a really nice stay. Particularly nice touches - washing up liquid, washing tablets and boxes of tissues + more! There was ample space for clothes and plenty of clothes hangers and even room for suitcases. Having a parking space was a bonus too! The location was perfect - within easy walking distance of pubs and restaurants. Also there are lots of boat trips to go on from the harbour and a footpath with lovely views.

Staff in the office and the concierge were friendly and obliging. Location was excellent for us with plenty of good restaurants and an easy walk into Poole. My husband uses a mobility scooter which we were able to bring in to the apartment, which was a great help, and lifts made our stay at Reflections easy.. We had a view of the seafront and a small balcony. The apartment was well-appointed and immaculately clean, thanks to Babs.
