The position with parking with no extra fee It was reasonably quiet from the noise pollution but not inside as it was too noisy at any time with people talking and doing their business until 2 am. So poor isolation. Nice after a busy day having a walk around the park even if extremely dirty. And I love to walk in the early morning, so having a nice place so close is a must.

Good location near to Poole Park which was lovely. We could walk to the harbour in about 20 minutes where most of the restaurants and pubs were. The owner was really helpful on arrival and we were able to park with ease. We had 3 bikes too which could be accommodated. Nice rooms.

Beautiful property, tasteful decor, great location . Wonderful hosts , what’s not to like ! Stayed in the studio , spacious , comfortable highly recommend.

The room was very clean and tidy. Had everything what we needed. The staff was very friendly and polite. The complimentary drinks were offered in the room/common kitchen. Also, the location is very suitable, as it is not far from the pier and shops. Highly recommend this property 👌
