The fine print
PLEASE NOTE – Façade works are currently being undertaken to Puffin House, which lies across the road from Guillemot House. The works are being carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is possible that you will hear some noise and you may see workmen on the adjacent site. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the end of October 2025. Please contact us should you require further information.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

Great views from the apartment. Powerful shower. Good wifi. Comfortable beds. 10 minute walk in to town where there are loads of restaurants - had a great meal at Rockfish. Also enjoyed getting Poole Water Taxi to Shell Bay restaurant on Studland.

Location was great. Next to quiet beach, park and local café. Short walk to Poole Quay. Very secure and private.
