The location and it was a comfortable, clean and v modern apartment. We were a bit cold at times but it was fairly unique weather for the time of year. The water takes a long while to run hot . We actually had difficulty finding staff.

Large spacious living area and main bedroom.. very comfy beds. Property is right on the quays and ideal for catching boats to brownsea and swanage etc. Right near good restaurants and pubs.
