The fine print
PLEASE NOTE – Façade works are currently being undertaken in this development and scaffolding is erected with netting covering the block, which will obscure views. Guest access to balconies will be unavailable during these works. The works will be carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are offering price reductions of 15% on guest stays during the time the apartment is scheduled to be impacted and the figures quoted reflect this discount. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the end of November 2025. Please contact us should you require an update on the programme.The price reduction for Isle View is from 1st July 2024 to 30th November 2025.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

Office in middle of poole high street and not knowing the area with constant 1 way systems was a nightmare. Just meet at the apartment. We're not giving a fob to get in so had to ring office and wait for someone to come out to us. Then had 1 set of keys that didn't open anything [we think this was meant to be for the main door of the main building] so had to enter through the garage door and then walk the length of 3 buildings to get to the underground entrance- not good and no could not be bothered to waste any more of our weekend phoning the office a second time

Lovely flat with everything you need for a relaxing time. Nice welcome bundle of biscuits crisps, nuts and bottle of wine, Tea, coffee, hot chocolate milk and sugar. Much appreciated after a long drive Towels were large and fluffy. Great views, there was even a pair of binoculars on the window sill. Parking space in locked garage was a great feature.
