Excellent communication & customer service from Quay holidays, prior to our arrival, once we had arrived & on departure. The rooms were very spacious, the apartment was furnished to a high standard. Kitchen & bathrooms had everything we needed. Nice gesture of biscuits, snacks, milk sticks, oh and a lovely surprise, bottle of chilled wine in the fridge. Thank you. Reassuring to have a secure parking space, making access, unloading & loading so much easier than a multi-story car park or on the road. Despite being woken by noise outside in the high street, the beds were really comfortable, making it easier to go back to sleep! The towels were super white & fluffy! Nice to have clean tea towels, dishcloth, bin bags, washing up liquid, hand soap, as well as tablets for the dishwasher & washing machine.

Location was excellent. We were right in the middle of all the action, close to the Quay yet it was quiet with the windows shut. The flat was spotless. It felt and looked very luxurious. We had everything we needed, even down to the welcome pack of goodies and practical bin bags and washing up liquid etc. There was even wine in the fridge! We loved the view and sitting on the balcony when the sun came out. Parking was convenient and secure. We felt very safe.

Spacious apartment on the 5th floor with a very well equipped kitchen. There was no noise from neighbouring apartments, or the public corridor. There is more than enough storage space. The twin beds and the sofa were very comfortable. Service from staff in the office on the ground floor was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good sized TV - appropriate to the size of the room. We understand the apartment benefits from 2 parking spaces, with at least on being in the locked and gated car park at the rear of the building, close to the entrance and lifts - guests are provided with a key fob to open the car park gates.

Everything about this apartment was perfect, the kitchen crockery etc was really well stocked, nice complimentary touches like biscuits, crisps etc. We had a small problem with Wi-Fi initially which was resolved within a few minutes. I have limited mobility and access and location was good for a wheelchair
