Things we enjoyed: Staff were lovely, front desk couldn't be more helpful and the cleaning team were thorough and did a great job. Room was great obviously the view was awesome Food was good quality, breakfast in particularly, great variety EV car charging was easy, all three chargers were working and available during Bank Holiday weekend

Fantastic room, view, facilities & location Reception staff could not do enough for us, really welcoming, we also had a lovely meal with staff who gave a lovely welcome too.

Grand hotel needs an update. Spa area is closer to leisure center than a proper spa
