The fine print
PLEASE NOTE – Façade works are currently being undertaken to Puffin House, which lies across the road from Guillemot House. The works are being carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is possible that you will hear some noise and you may see workmen on the adjacent site. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the end of October 2025. Please contact us should you require further information.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

We loved the location. It's right on the harbour and overlooking the local sailing club so there's always something going on. The accommodation was first rate. It was spotlessly clean and had good amenities and the beds were very comfortable. We were given good directions for accessing the underground car park and felt safe using it. The apartment had very good security access too. There was a lift that was very handy for getting our luggage up to the first floor. There were only a few flats on the same level so it never got rowdy or worrying. There's a local Tesco a short walk away, which was very handy. Poole town is walkable and on a level road. No hills. There's lots to do in the area, so there's something for everyone.

Location with private garage. The facilities were good to and the welcome pack was the best that we've seen in all our breaks.

Great location. Easy short walk to plenty of harbour bars and fantastic restaurants. Very secure parking. Loved the washer dryer. Great views.
