Good location for a family with kids. Theres a park with a playground nearby which makes it convenient if your kids are hyperactive. Nice view from the flat, although this time it was obstructed by the scaffolding. Nevertheless on a good sunny morning the view is very warm and relaxing! The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate up to 5 people. Nice lounge with two leather couches where you can sit around a tea table either having a cup of tea or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a busy day out. Kitchen is equipped enough to cater for a family of 4-5 people. All kitchen equipment is in a good order and works as supposed to.

Really liked the position, close to Poole Quay and all the pubs and restaurants. Great view from the balcony and handy parking. Bus to Sandbanks 3 minute walk away also a bonus. Very quiet.

The location was perfect for us, overlooking Poole harbour and the Yacht club. Also a good size balcony and was able to watch yacht racing that seemed to be on daily. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space with lots of hangers. There were even towels for the beach.
