Had a problem with hot water in my room, so I was swiftly changed rooms without any fuss. The gym was good, as was the bar and restaurant area.

The welcome by all the staff was so refreshing. We skipped breakfast and usually had the evening meal which was well presented, copious and delicious. The room was exactly how we would expect from hotel accommodation and the opportunity tp make one's own cuppa really welcome. All in all a pleasant experience and would warmly recommend the Hotel. One snag was with Wifi. Apparently a new router had been installed and there were teething problems eventually overcome. A big thank you for a great time in Trehafod, South Wales.
