The welcome we received from Alfonso the owner was exceptional. The apartment is stunning, everything is new, very clean, located in a great place above Amalfi near Ravallo and Minori. I celebrated my birthday and there were flowers in the apartment, a basket with sweets, a beautiful greeting that warmed the heart. Alfonso made sure to bring us everything we asked for. Simply charming and the apartment is stunning with a sea view. I definitely recommend that everyone who comes will have a vacation in a dream place and a warm and pleasant feeling.

This is place is wonderful: amazing views, quiet all the time, big rooms and terrace, everything clean and new. Full kitchen with all amenities, lots of free drinks and other treats from the host. Alfonso - the host - we so friendly and helpful, he made sure for us to have a great holiday in Amalfi.

The Appartment is amazing and with a view that takes your breath away. Interior design is beautiful and you immediately sense that Alfonso has put his heart into the place. Alfonso is so kind and helpful and we felt so welcome! We had a wonderful vacation there. We hope to come back in the near future, as we already miss the large terrasse, view and the outdoor shower :) Pontone is an amazing ancient calm village away from the hectic inferno in the beach cities. Strongly recommend hiking Valle del Ferriere, it is so beautiful. One should however be aware that from the sea side, Pontone is not so easy to access. Walking to/from ie. Amalfi is a bit challenging. Lots of steps and hills to climb. Bus goes to-from Amalfi mostly once every hour. Also to Ravello the walk takes 60-75 minuttes and you cannot take a bus directly to Ravello from Pontone, you need to go to Amalfi first, and then bus to Ravello. A car or scooter may be the solution, but be aware of the challenging roads and Italian driving style .... ;o)) Due to this location can be 7.5, but the view from the appartment is a 10! :o))
