Junior Suite - this is a Mercure property and meets all the expectations of the hotel chain - large, clean and modern rooms - dining and breakfast were exceptional (and culturally diverse) - if you have the misfortune to find yourself in Pontianak, then staying at this hotel is a small respite from the drudgery of the town !!

Breakfast was okay - lacked juices, good cereals and yoghurt. Culturally it was suitable for Indonesian people and not many tourists visit this city. Convenient location and the staff were helpful.

I loved everything! Especially its strategic position and the cleanliness of the room. Furthermore, in the lobby it's possible to sit comfortably and relax while sipping a fresh drink.
