I wasn’t expecting a lot to be honest. I was more than surprised at the facilities the Diamond in Ponteland had to offer. Very welcoming staff, our room was spacious & clean. Tea & coffee were provided too. Although in a room facing the road it was very quiet no road noise at all. 10/10
