Great location. Lovely, big, bright room. The host was super-friendly. There was an added bonus of a free laundry, which was very much appreciated.

From host welcome, to our leave there was absolutely nothing to blame. Should adding the biggest value is it the possibility to washing and drying clothes for free. It’s a top notch experience for us walking the Camino

We were a big group arriving at different times, and the host was very accomodating with us dropping all our bags off in her shop next door. The apartments were lovely and spacious and had a washing machine! We made dinner here and she told us where extra chairs were and how to extend the table.

Casa da Travessa is right in the old part of town, but not too close to the busier spots. Cristina was the perfect host, very warm and welcoming. We were lucky as we had fontrow seats for the procession of Sao Joao, the midsummer festival, from our balcony.
