The apartment is well furnished and having the balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed eating on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view. The bed is comfortable and the apartment was clean and smart. The town is pleasant and we were able to travel around to visit within an hour or less Ponte de Lima, Lindoso and the National Park and Valenca. This is an excellent base.

We were met by Jessica who was friendly and helpful When any problems arose they were dealt with speedily and cheerfully. The apartment was better equipped than any we have previously seen and the view from the balcony was spectacular.

The owner was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The apartment is comfortable, well decorated, spacious and well equipped for self-catering. The outlook over the river is great and it is within walking distance to shops and bars. The area is very peaceful and a good base for exploring the National park by car.
