I loved the location of the house, if you are looking for a small town with everything necessary in it, that’s the one. the whole island is easily reachable from there (if you have a car of course) and we loved the ocean view from our window. our room, terceira, was comfortable and big enough for 6 days. I could always reach them on the phone if I had any questions.

Cosy room with nice garden and ocean view, accomodation is generally located in lovely village (cafee and minimercado included), just in the middle of the Island, everything you want to visit is within easy reach.

Im wondering why so mamy negative opinions (with my favorite one about toilet wash XD) anyways the property looks exactly like at the photos - its not modern, its not luxury but its definitely value of money. The room and also the common kitchen were always clean. In front of the property there is a big parking lot, the area is really nice and calm - but thats true the roads are pretty „slim” but still two cars can pass each other. Also in the common room you have a washer and dryer (which saved the day after we got totally soked). Nice tarrace at the back of property. The lock was working fine.
