We stayed here for 1 week and were absolutely delighted! The host Pedro is an incredibly attentive and kind person — despite our very late arrival, he personally waited for us and gave us a warm welcome. It immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for. Special thanks to his lovely wife — we were truly touched that she had thoughtfully prepared some food for our late check-in. After a long journey, this was especially appreciated. The house is large, very comfortable, clean and well-equipped — it has everything needed for a pleasant stay. You can really feel that the hosts put their heart into this place and genuinely care about their guests. We would happily return and highly recommend it to everyone!

Very spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location. It is at walking distance from the center of the city but close to the main roads to visit the island and it has plenty of parking on the back street. It is also at walking distance to small supermarkets and bakeries and also close to bigger supermarkets. The apartment is very well equipped with all the utensils you’ll need. The outdoor patio is great for meals and you even have a barbecue if you want to grill the amazing Azorean fish or meat. Pedro was a great host, always attentive and available and gave us plenty of local tips.

Took dozens of different homes around the world and this was one of 4 in Azores but never experienced such an extra care from the host! Perdo goes above and beyond of what could be expected, and after reading good reviews we expected positive experience. Still, we were surprised of his genuine ideas of what could make our trip easier (e.g. things for baby care) or make us feel at home. Usually we are not fans of meetings with the host and prefer self check-in, but Pedro was flexible and we are happy we met him. We took also another accomodation in Ponta Delgada and if we ever go to Sao Miguel again, we will definitely check Pedro's availability first. + There is a good chance to park a car from one side of the house and it is easy to get to the city centre on contrary to drive in really narrow streets in the citycentre. + Comfortable mattress + Pleasant place for a baby (cot, bath, towels,..) + toilet on each floor + Everything sparkling clear - really, everything Huge thank you for everything, Pedro!

Pedro and his wife were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is great with free parking. The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. I found the beds super comfortable, admittedly my husband thought they were too hard. Ah well...:-) Loved our stay and the Açores of course!
