The room was very comfortable & has a balcony too. Has a lot of space. The breakfast is good too. I really enjoyed my stay. I spent my birthday over there & they ( the owner) brings surprise gifts for me in my room. That was so nice & overwhelming.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed at, everything was perfect. I went there for a week to do remote work + some exploring in the afternoons and im SO glad i decided to stay here. The facilities are great, super comfortable and beautifully decorated. Even the shared dorms offer a lot of comfort and privacy. Internet signal is great throughout the hostel so perfect if you need to work (and have many spaces where to do so). The staff is super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations on what to do, book a taxi or even pack you breakfast if you have an early tour. The included breakfast is amazing as well (different selection of breads, fresh orange juice, coffee, yogurt, fruits, what more can you ask for!). I was solo treavelling and was happy to meet many wonderful solo travelers during my stay as well so we eneded up doing a lot of things togegether. Thank you for making my stay in the island so lovely! Honestly can't recommend this place enough, would definitely stay here again when im back in Ponta Delgada.

Everything was perfect! From the check-in to the check-out! The location is great: just opposite the mercado da graça. That day, they sent me the codes to get in early. There's a lift. The bedroom was really nice, i had a bath and a hand towel, which I completely appreciated. You can also ask them to change towels, amazing. There was a bathroom in suite, with shower gel and shampoo. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. The bed was comfortable, with a personal light and socket, and curtains too. The hostel was clean and tidy. There is a beautiful kitchen/living room. Everything that you might need is there! Including coffee machine and cold water. I also liked the breakfast. Even if it was served the same breakfast everyday, the quality was top! And as it starts at 8, they can also help you with a breakfast box if you need. There is also a rooftop where you can have a view of the beautiful Ponta Delgada. One of the best hostels I've ever been to! Thank you for every detail. And thanks to the lady from reception who was very kind!!!
