Both Luis and João went above and beyond to support us with local restaurants, and how to explore the island,both of them were fully engaged to give us the best experience possible. The breakfast is super complete.

I was greeted personally by name as I came to rhe counter. The staff was welcoming and informative. The buffet was extensive and local products. The walk to town was 10 minutes at the most. I also ate twice at the Whale Bar! Food was really good.

we loved everything about this hotel. The lobby is stunning and well equipped with everything you could want. The staff are the nicest I have ever encountered we cannot praise them enough. The spa is perfect and the bed the most comfortable i have ever slept in

Bottle of champagne and strawberries and chocolate when I mentioned we had just got engaged, cookies and water every evening in our room, lovely thermal suite area, best breakfast I've seen in a hotel!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. A good breakfast with a wide selection of products. The location was very good to access the western part of Sao Miguel, it was right on the promenade near the port and 10 minutes from the airport.
