Breakfast was really good. There was good variety of foods and drinks. The room was very big, it also had a small balcony. The location was top, right in the city center, you can walk to reach all the places in Ponta Delgada.

The friendlly and professional service from reception to the breakfast crew. Our room was comfortable with fridge to cool our drinks. There is coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is good considering it’s included in the price of the hotel. The local bolo bread is delicious on its own, I had mine like a sandwich with tomatoes and cheese. The fresh orange juice machine was temperamental/not working properly so was taken away to the kitchen for repair. I had fresh sliced oranges instead which is just as good. Will return maybe in 2 years and hope to stay longer.

Great hotel! Very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The location is also good- in the city center.
