Great location, short walk to everything. Safe. Good building facilities, had a lift, fire extinguishers, secure. Cleaning staff were friendly and easy to communicate with host re cleaning. Straight forward check in, no keys required. Apartment had everything and a SPAR was just a short walk away. We stayed on an upper floor with a back and front balcony space. Back balcony had a nice view of the clock tower.

Spotlesly clean and comfortable apartment with separate bed- and bathrooms, close in the centre. Staff at Reception of the Hotel was very nice and attentive. We could ask take away breakfast for the day when we had to leave early, on the rest of the days we had our breakfast at the Farm Hotel (700 m away from the Brum), which is so nicely furnished. Breakfast is the same every day, but plenty and delicious. I missed a bit the choice of vegetables.

Good location and appears to be very recently upgraded. Very clean and lots of space for a two bed property and great to have 2 bathrooms. We stayed in Escolar which was lovely, and the only one available when booking. However, I found it quite difficult to work out which photos were related to which apartment.
