What I liked the most out of this accommodation was the staff. They were always kind and helpful ,giving us recommendations for visiting and eating in good places. Towels are changed daily. They also helped us washing our clothes easily. They have a solution for everything you may ask for :) Good job!

The apartment was clean, modern, and furnished nicely. Bedding, towels, and robes were provided and very comfortable. The shower water pressure was good. The kitchen was equipped very well with excellent appliances. The staff were so lovely and helpful. They were very responsive at all times of day and gave lots of suggestions with activities and dining. Very central location. Breakfast was provided and had a modest but good selection. One of the nicest places I have stayed particularly at the price!

Very well located right in the centre of Ponta Delgada and with a private garage (a big bonus in the city!), the stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything I needed to enjoy a couple of days - the access to the spa was a bonus after a long day exploring the island. The outdoor pool looked great for warmer days. The bed and pillows were the most confortable I have slept in for a long time. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. I will definitely come back when in São Miguel!

Perfect stay for us with 2 kids, who made their shoes wet on the beach almost every day. We spent a week in February, AC or heating was a must-have which is not a stadard on the island. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful, special thanks to João! Very clean and comfortable! We love this appartement hotel!

The apartment was very spacious! Beds super comfy! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We really enjoyed sauna! The rooms were daily cleaned! A washing machine a dishwasher with washing tablets were included.

Amazing clean apartment with huge bathrooms. We booked a one bedroom however they upgraded us to the two bedroom apartment because of the children - we really appreciated this! Friendly reception staff. The apartment is new, with a huge balcony. Secure parking garage. They even serve breakfast so it’s like a luxury aparthotel. Definitely recommend.
