The property is located on the main road in rural area of the Island. It is calm, very nice area to rest and you can hear the waves. It is a large space on three levels including a garage and it has a nice patio alongside the laundry area. The living area is more set up like a kitchen and dinning area. There is a small sofa that is not really comfortable for resting and there is no TV in the bedroom where you can actually rest. The kitchen is decently equipped so you can prepare food. The area has a high humidity and we get that, however the house has had a significant smell from the humidity that improved once we got the dehumidifier, for which we are very thankful 🙏 the wi fi in the living area is ok but in the bedroom or space near the bedroom that is supposed to be a working area there is no wi fi. We also had issue with hot water, they tried to fix it but it was not resolved. The main shower had is rusty and pretty much unusable du to the low (hot) water pressure. The jacuzzi we did not use. Be aware that the nearest large supermarket is in Santana.

We really liked the apartment, its location(near to everything), parking space, clean and tidy, very spacious, equipped(oven, water heater, coffee machine, washer and dryer, air conditioning). We really enjoyed self check in.
