Superb location within the historic centre with everything close by. Safe, attended and secure underground parking for my motorbike very close to hotel entrance. I would definitely return!

Super helpful staff and convenient parking for all our bikes underground. Very efficient and friendly and excellent service. Super location. Very comfortable and nice breakfast.

A fabulous place to spend the evening in Ponferrada while walking the Camino Francés. I relaxed in a bath which was heaven for my sore leg muscles. The location couldn’t be better.

The location perfect. in a quieter plaza, but only a stroll to the bustling plaza.and castle . Large room and bathroom and very comfortable . Didn’t eat there, so can’t comment. Underground secure parking 2 minutes away, great for motorcycles.
