Helpful owner, clean room, comfy bed, early check-in, good location. Housekeeping stuff did a great job to clean our room, to change our linen on the 2nd day, and to fill the coffee/other consumable, thus made our stay (2 nights) very pleasant. We are fully energized to walk “Camino”.

One of the best places I've ever visited during my Camino Frances. The host was amazing, she had strong passion for this establishment, and really brought out the comfort and distinctive interior design. If you ever visit here, buy a bottle of wine or two, go to the roof top to enjoy the city. The town square is just too crowded, and you can feel and enjoy the view from up above, without hassling to find seats. From the roof top, the view of the Ponferrada Castle is amazing, and it's right next to the Basilica Nuestra Senora de la Encina.
