The location of the appartment is excellent, in the center of Pompei and quite close to a Circumvesuvia station and to a railway station. The landlord was very nice and helpful. The appartment was absolutely fine for our stay. The breakfast arrived each day accurately at the requested time.

The property was in a lovely central location with easy access to lots of shops, restaurants, tour operators and some lovely sights. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and then in the evening watching the world go by. The room was beautiful.

Breakfast was delivered to our room each day from a local café. We liaised with the property about the time we would like it delivered and they were on time. The room was plenty big enough for the two of us, with a comfy bed, lovely shower. There was a little balcony, mini-fridge and ironing board too. Our towels were changed daily! Despite being near a busy square we had no trouble with noise (except for the church bells).

NM Luxury Suites was our second stop in Campania and we loved it! I would highly recommend staying in Pompei. We stayed 2 nights and it gave us a chance to see some of the town as well as making our trip to the archeological site really relaxed. What’s better than a jacuzzi after a whole day walking the ancient paths? The building overall: - Location: Excellent location. Handy for seeing the beautiful Santuario, Piazza Bartolo Longo, food and drink. 5 minutes from Pompeii arechological site’s Anfiteatro entrance. - Clean and well maintained. Felt very safe and the couple of neighbours we did see were friendly to us. Especially the nearby shop owners. I think there was a good working lift in this building too but can’t remember for certain. - Staff: Carmen met us and we communicated easily about the room using her Translate app. Told us everything we needed to know and she was really warm and welcoming. I messaged someone else on the Booking app about check in and breakfast and they were polite and helpful. - Breakfast: simple but lovely. Delivered from Bar Santuario at an agreed time each morning. They gave us cappuccinos and very tasty pastries. I got a lovely warm, packaged gluten free croissant on request. My partner is normal and had big, fresh croissants. Lovely! ‘King Room with Spa Bath’: - Massive, very clean, modern and well maintained. The decor was fun and the apartment felt very private. - Really big and very comfortable bed! Sofa, hidden clothes rail, mini fridge, Wi-Fi, massive TV which you could pivot. - Balcony with a view of the beautiful bell tower ( Campanile del Santuario Della Madonna Di Pompei )! - Bathroom: Spacious with everything you need. The walk in shower with tiled seat was amazing! The water was instantly hot in the shower too which we’ve rarely experienced across Italy. - Jacuzzi: Novel, fun and relaxing too. I would recommend having the air con less cold when you’re going to be wet.
