Ideally located near one of the Pompeii gates- not the one nearest to the train station which can be a little chaotic - so much better queues and calmer entrance to the historical site. Beautiful reception dressed for Easter. Friendly staff who welcomed us and took care of our luggage whilst we did Pompeii. Good sized room- clean - with balcony.

Most things were excellent. The room size, the bed, the shower. There was one receptionist on duty in the afternoons only, who was excellent - helpful, friendly. She arranged a taxi for us on a day there was a train strike and it turned out that this was with someone from the hotel staff, who was a very good driver. The reception area was very comfortable.

The property was great location Opposite the station and within Walking distance of Pompeii site The hotel was charming , Clean , well appointed rooms and Friendly and helpful staff Would return if we visit Pompeii again
