The staff were extremely helpful and very cheerfully.we discovered the restaurants in Festa had closed so they provided us with coffee and teamaking facilities .

We had sea view suite with half board. Quite big suite, nice view next to the lift. There was always sunbed both at the pool and at the beach. The food was ok (sometimes really good), we had enough choices. Personnel is really nice. They waited for us at late check-in and they provided prepacked cold dinner. The room was clean.

This is one of the best Hotels in Bulgarian Black See.The stuff und also the All inclusive food was amazing.This hotel have one of the best ALL inclusive in Bulgaria. I will not forgot to say about the private beach and the water of the see...like crystal.This is the best place for vacation.
