Lots to love: The location - lovely views to the Grampians and only 10 minutes’ drive to Hall’s Gap. The Pomonal local store had great coffee and local produce (Blue Wren bakery bread in stock if you’re lucky) and we had an enjoyable lunch at the winery next door. The house was clean, well stocked and spacious - more than enough room for 5 adults with a bedroom to spare. The owners were friendly and responsive and quickly sorted out a few glitches. The evap cooling kept it comfortable on hot days and wifi was fine. Pet friendly with a fenced yard. Kangaroo visitors sunrise and sunset.

The hosts were very helpful and quick to reply to our little issue.. which is just us city folk being uneducated.. the house was beautiful and surrounds were just lovely. So quiet.. and a resident wedged tail eagle that visited every morning. We managed to sit outside and have a fire in the outside fire pit which was fantastic. We loved every moment. Not too far from halls gap too! And may I suggest you go to Barney’s bar around the corner.. that was fantastic! Great service. Great people. Wish it was down here in Mornington so we could keep going!! Great holiday to had 😃😃
